Our Core Priorities - 2025-2026
Quality of Education
- Digital learning - to enhance digital learning in KS2 by developing the expertise of year group Digital Leads through regular CPD on iXL and Times Table Rockstars, enabling them to support their teams in embedding these tools effectively to maximise pupil outcomes
- Reading, Writing & Maths - To raise outcomes across EYFS to Year 6 through the consistent use of adaptive teaching strategies, targeted small-group interventions, and regular analysis of assessment data to address gaps and meet the needs of all pupils
- Satellite Provision - To embed and develop the newly established Satellite SEN provision across both Infant and Junior sites, ensuring high-need pupils access a bespoke, differentiated curriculum through effective collaboration with specialist partners
- Retrieval Practice - Use tools like Brainbox and entry/exit tickets to help pupils recall and strengthen their learning.
Leadership
- To strengthen professional growth and teaching outcomes by building a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching (Mindflick).
Professional Development & Knowledge
- To set up Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in key subjects (e.g. digital learning, writing, maths) where staff work together to share expertise and improve teaching.
Community Engagement
- To create a clear, whole-school plan for engaging with the local community to build stronger relationships and partnerships.
