One of our greatest strengths is our exceptional outdoor provision. Our experimental playground and outdoor learning space offers rich opportunities for play and discovery based on teacher led and child centered play. From mud kitchens, sand and water play to role-play, theatre spaces, climbing and physical challenges, children learn through hands-on experiences every day.

How your children will learn at Barnsole

Learning is brought to life through exciting topics such as Dangerous Dinosaurs, Animal Safari, Once Upon a Time and On the Beach. Children are free to choose whether they learn indoors or outdoors, allowing them to follow their interests and curiosity. These choices help to develop independence and support children’s intellectual, physical, emotional and social development.

A simple activity might see children building a bug hotel, observing the creatures inside, asking questions, inventing stories and sharing the experience with friends. These moments capture the enjoyment of learning at Barnsole.
